The “End Times” (Day of the Lord) is Now!

The Day of the Lord (“End Times”) is Here!

QUESTION: What does the Bible and Bible prophecy say are the signs we are in the “End Times”? What does the Lord want us to do?

ANSWER: In the “End Time” (Day of the Lord) we are to be Sanctified by “Truth”.
What is “Truth”? His Word is Truth (Psalm 119:160 & John 17:17). This article explains how we are to be set apart by Truth so we can get through the Judgment as the Lord wishes us to do.

Mankind was removed from in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve followed satan’s words (lies). Now the Lord is calling us to come back to Following His Holy Words and Ways of Righteousness, Wisdom and Peace. Jesus has the Words of Eternal Life (John 6:68). He wants us to hear His voice.

The Day of the Lord has ALREADY Began:

It was foretold in Zechariah 14:7 that the Day of the Lord would begin with the entrance of Light – and His Words give Light – See Psalm 119:130.  The Day of the Lord began with the opening of His Holy Words that give Light and Understanding so we can increase in Wisdom. We are to bring forth His Kingdom on Earth. See the following verses which explain:

• Psalm 119:142 (His Truth is Law);
• Zechariah 14:7 (The Day of the Lord – It will be light);

• Revelation 18:1-2 (The Fall of Babylon);

• Joel 2:12-20 (Call a Sacred Assembly).

Judgments of the Day of the Lord are rendered
by our hearing, or our rejecting, of God’s Words:

In John 12:48, the Lord testified that all the Judgments of the Day of the Lord are according to the Words of God that He was sent into the world to bear witness of.  It is a requirement of God that we are to choose to be set apart from the world by “Truth” which is His set apart Holy Words. See the following verses which explain:

• Deuteronomy  18:18-19 (God sent Jesus to earth to bear witness to God’s Words and we are REQUIRED to hear His Words. God made all His Creation with His spoken Word. See Genesis 1);
• John 18:37; (Jesus testifies to Roman Pontius Pilate that He came to bear witness to Truth. “What is Truth?” His Word is Truth – Psalm 119:160 & John 17:17);
• John 12:48 (We are Judged by whether or not we hear His Words);
• John 17:17 (His Word is Truth);
• John 5:24-25 (He who hears Jesus’ Words and believes in God has everlasting life);
• Psalm 119:130 (His Words give light) & Hosea 6:5 (Your judgments are like light [His Words give light]);
• Proverbs 1:20-33 (Don’t miss Proverbs 1:23 which says “Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.”).

Jesus said “My sheep hear my voice.” (John 10:27) and He was speaking of understanding the “symbolism” in His speech and knowing what Words like these mean: Ask, Arrow, Blood, Bow, Bread, City, Cup, Door, Field, Fish, Flesh, Food, Fruit, Gate, Gather, Light, Milk, Meat, Mountain, Oil, Ox, River, Rock, Sabbath, Seed, Sent, Stand, Sword, Table, Truth, Vine, Voice, Walk, Wash, Way, Wine, Word, etc. (These Words are woven throughout the scriptures of the whole Bible. For example: “Ox treading grain” is symbolic of a teacher of His Words. (See Deuteronomy 25:4, 1st Corinthians 9:9-12, 1 Timothy 5:18) His Words “Seal” us, get us through this Time of Judgment (John 5:24), and keep us safe (Revelation 12:17).

The Father Gave Us Specific Requirements
that His elect must accomplish in His Day:

• Anoint the Most Holy: Jesus Christ is King!
• Turn to the Lord and receive His Spirit – the Spirit of Truth.
  (See Proverbs 1:20-23; John 14:15-17; Luke 24:44-45; Proverbs 1:23)
• Hear and receive His Words of Wisdom that sets apart His elect from those of the world. (See John 17:17; Joel 2:12-20; John 14:15-17; 2 Corinthians 12:1-4; John 15:7; Proverbs  1:20-33; James 5:19-20)
• Call a Sacred Assembly (See Joel 2:12-20) – Gather and teach the people His Holy Words.

“Bread” = Instruction from God in Heaven.

Read the “Bread from Heaven” verses in John 6:22-59 and you will see bread is much more than food for your stomach. Bread is symbolic of instruction from God in Heaven.

In John 6:27 Jesus says “Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life” This is because:

• Jesus is the Word of God (Revelation 19:13),
• His Words are Spirit and Life (John 6:63) and,
• they are the Words of Eternal Life (John 6:68).

He wants us to know His Words so we can follow His voice.

Why did Jesus “Break Bread” with others?

Bread is a simple word, but it’s also very powerful. Breaking bread and eating it releases the Holy Spirit to draw people to seek instruction from God. This is why Jesus broke bread.

When you Gather with your assembly of people, it is a wise idea to break bread before you start studying so the Holy Spirit will guide you while learning the Word of God.

Matthew 24:20-22 – Great Tribulation
20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

Great Tribulation is coming soon. We are in the time of Judgment… judgment on who’s WORDS we follow. The Words of God or the words (lies) of satan.

We have a choice:

1. Follow God’s Holy Words and come into His Kingdom and be Sanctified by Truth. If we follow the Lord’s Words and Ways we are following His Righteousness, Wisdom and Peace and He will Bless us and Protect us.
2. But, if we follow the world’s words and ways (satan’s words, which are all lies!) we will continue down the wide path of destruction filled with evil, lies, sickness, war and death.

God sent Jesus to Earth to Bear Witness to His Words:

Deuteronomy 18:18-19
18 I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. 19 And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name, I will require it of him.

(NOTE: God is speaking to Moses here about the Prophet who is to come speaking God’s Words. This is Jesus. Jesus IS the “Word of God”! Revelation 19:13)

Jesus Testified of the Words to Pontius Pilate:

John 18:37
37 Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are You a king then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”

We are all judged by His Holy Words:

John 12:48
48 He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him –the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.

Notice in John 12:44-50 below how the Pharisees did not confess Him as being the Son of God who came with God’s Words like was told to Moses in Deuteronomy 18:18-19. This is the SAME THING that the Shepherds (Pastors) of today are doing!

They do not recognize that in the “Day of the Lord” (also known as the “End Times”) the Lord would open up His Holy Words to us (allow us to know them) and we are REQUIRED to be Sanctified by Truth. What is “Truth”? His Word is Truth. (Psalm 119:160 & John 17:17)

John 12:44-50
42 Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

44 Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. 45 And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. 46 I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. 47 And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. 50 And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

Jesus said “My sheep hear my voice.” (John 10:27) and He was speaking of knowing the meanings of His messages in His Parables, Sayings and Words so we hear, understand and follow His “Voice” and His “Way”. He wants us to know what He means when He speaks His Words like:

• Blood,
• Bread,
• Flesh,
• Food,
• Fruit,
• Gather,
• Milk,
• Mountain,
• Oil,
• Seed,
• Stand,
• Table,
• Truth,
• Vine,
• Voice,
• Walk,
• Wash,

In John 21:11 the 153 Great Fish are symbolic if His 153 Holy Words that are woven throughout the scriptures of the Bible and bring forth greater knowledge of Truth.

The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand!

Do you remember WHY Adam and Eve got removed of the Garden of Eden? Because they followed satan’s words (lies). Now the Lord wants you to Come BACK to His Kingdom. His Kingdom is His Words in you. In His Kingdom, He will take all the darkness out of your heart and soul and you will be filled with happiness, love that you have never known and joy that you never even considered you could have! Plus, the Blessing of understanding how to enable all the Good to come forth from calling upon His Words and knowing it will be done (John 15:7).

John 15:7
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

In the Bible, your “Garment” is symbolic of Having the Knowledge of Truth.

10 So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests. 11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. 12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Revelation 3:4-5 – He who overcomes in White Garments
4 You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. 5 He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

Revelation 3:18

Revelation 19:13 – Jesus is the Word of God
He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
(“Robe dipped in blood” – The robe is symbolic of His “garment” which is the Knowledge of Truth. The blood is symbolic of the “blood of eternal life” and God’s generational plan for man. His Words are the words of eternal life – John 6:68)

Revelation 18 – Come Out of Her My People!

Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues! We are to anoint Jesus as our King (Daniel 9:24) and get Sanctified by Truth! Read Revelation 18 below and notice the bold text.

Revelation 18 (NKJV) – The Fall of Babylon the Great
18 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! 3 For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”

4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. 6 Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. 7 In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ 8 Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.

The World Mourns Babylon’s Fall

9 “The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning, 10 standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’

11 “And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore: 12 merchandise of gold and silver, precious stones and pearls, fine linen and purple, silk and scarlet, every kind of citron wood, every kind of object of ivory, every kind of object of most precious wood, bronze, iron, and marble; 13 and cinnamon and incense, fragrant oil and frankincense, wine and oil, fine flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and bodies and souls of men. 14 The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you shall find them no more at all. 15 The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, 16 and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city that was clothed in fine linen, purple, and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls! 17 For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance 18 and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city?’

19 “They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour she is made desolate.’

20 “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!”

Finality of Babylon’s Fall

21 Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore. 22 The sound of harpists, musicians, flutists, and trumpeters shall not be heard in you anymore. No craftsman of any craft shall be found in you anymore, and the sound of a millstone shall not be heard in you anymore. 23 The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth.”

 

His Word: Blood

One of the Holy Words of God is “Blood.”

But, what does the “Blood of Jesus” mean?

What exactly did Jesus DO for us?

He gave Eternal Life if we Believe in and Follow Him

John 14:6
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Overcoming Evil by Pleading the Blood of Jesus

Revelation 12:11 tells us that we overcome the devil (and therefore the devil’s evil) by the Blood of the Lamb (Jesus) and the word of our testimony. At the cross, Jesus overcame the devil and ALL of his evil. Jesus already gave us this amazing blessing and promise! It is DONE! Now, we just need to use this blessing to stay safe and healthy and clean up the world around us. By standing before the courtroom of Heaven and pleading the Blood of Jesus, you can…

• Overcome the enemy,
• Protect your family,
• Protect your property and possessions,
• Achieve and Maintain VICTORY!

Here are examples of pleading the Blood of Jesus to protect people and areas:

• Use the following declaration to protect your family: “In the Name of Jesus, I draw a blood line around my family, my house, my possessions and myself which satan cannot cross.”
• Walk or drive around a building or place and declare: “In the Name of Jesus, I draw a blood line around this place which satan cannot cross.”
• Protect someone’s vehicle from an accident: “In the Name of Jesus, I apply the Blood of Jesus over John’s car, bumper-to-bumper, side-to-side, top-to-bottom, every working part. John will go and come home safe.”

He gave us His Holy Words

Jesus gave His blood on the Cross so the Father would “tear the temple veil” and open the Holy of Holies to us so that we can enter in and “eat the bread” and hear the Holy Words of God which have greater promises and blessings within them (For example, see “Pleading the Blood of Jesus” example above, etc). Now we do not have to go through a priest to hear His Holy Words since Jesus is our new High Priest.

Matthew 27:51
Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,

We can pray and ASK Him to teach us His Holy Words via the Holy Spirit

Proverbs 1:23
Turn at my rebuke;
Surely I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you.

We are Sanctified by His Words

Jesus paid the price of His blood on the Cross to be able to have His prayer to the Father that is recorded in John 17:17-19 to be fulfilled. He prayed that we would be allowed to be sanctified by Truth (His Word is Truth) to enter into His Kingdom. This binds us in Heaven for receiving the gift of Eternal Life from God.

John 17:17-19
17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

Spirit of Truth can be IN us

The Lord paid the price on the Cross to send forth the right for us to receive the Spirit of Truth INSIDE of us (see John 14:15-17).

John 14:15-17
15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

We are clean by His Words

In John 15:3 Jesus says He gave us His Words which wash us clean. It says in Ephesians 5:25-27 to be washed by the Water of the Word.

John 15:3 – Clean by the Word
3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

Ephesians 5:25-27 – Washed by the Water of the Word
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

Interesting Fact:

Jesus is truly the Son of God born from the virgin Mary and God. Jesus’ blood was of the “Waters” (of the World [Mary]) and the “Blood” (of God). See John 19:34, 1 John 5:6 >>>

34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.

1 John 5:6
6 This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

Proof the Bible Really is the Word of God

QUESTION: What is the only book in the world that contains hundreds of very detailed prophecies that came true?

ANSWER: The correct answer is the Bible.

When the Bible was written, much of the content predicted future events. And every single one of those prophecies has come true (even down to the minutest detail). Statistically, there is NO WAY that man can predict the future with 100% accuracy.

So, WHO can do this? Only God can do this.

Here are 3 of many prophecies in the Bible that came true:

The Book of Micah – Prophecy of the Coming Messiah born in Bethlehem
Micah 5:2 tells us that the Messiah will be born in Bethlehem. And Jesus was born in Bethlehem (Luke 2:4-7).

2 “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting.”

The Book of Zechariah – Prophecy that Messiah would be Betrayed for 30 Pieces of Silver
Zechariah 11:12-13 says that that the Messiah will be betrayed for 30 pieces of silver. Jesus was betrayed for 30 pieces of silver (Matthew 26:14-15).

12 Then I said to them, “If it is agreeable to you, give me my wages; and if not, refrain.” So they weighed out for my wages thirty pieces of silver. 13 And the Lord said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—that princely price they set on me. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the Lord for the potter.

14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests 15 and said, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?” And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver.

The Book of Deuteronomy – Jesus Christ sent to Earth to Bear Witness to the Words of God
In Deuteronomy 18:18-19 God says to Moses that a Prophet would be sent by the Father to speak His words and we are required to learn His words. Jesus testifies that He came into the world to bear witness to Truth (John 18:37). What is “Truth”? His Word is Truth. (See Psalm 119:160 & John 17:17)

Jesus Testified of the Holy Words to Pontius Pilate – the Roman governor under the emperor of Tiberius.

John 18:37
37 Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are You a king then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”

Then in John 18:38, Pilate asks Jesus “What is Truth”? His Word is Truth (see Psalm 119:160, John 17:17):

Psalm 119:160 – His Word is Truth
160 The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.

John 17:17 – His WORD is Truth
17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

His Word: Ox (or Bull)

An “Ox” (or Bull) is symbolic of a Shepherd (Teacher) of the Lord’s Holy Words and Ways

In the Bible the “Ox” is symbolic of a teacher of the Lord’s Holy Words. “Treading out the grain” is symbolic of teaching His Words since grain is used to make bread. Remember that “bread” is symbolic of instruction of His Words and Jesus fed people bread and broke bread with them to enable the Holy Spirit to make the people to desire instruction of His Holy Words.

“Muzzle an OX” is symbolic of blocking the Teacher from teaching His Words to the people.

Here are a few example verses. Notice the symbolism:

Deuteronomy 25:4
“You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.

1st Corinthians 9:9-12
9 For it is written in the law of Moses, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.” Is it oxen God is concerned about? 10 Or does He say it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written, that he who plows should plow in hope, and he who threshes in hope should be partaker of his hope. 11 If we have sown spiritual things for you, is it a great thing if we reap your material things? 12 If others are partakers of this right over you, are we not even more?

“Hamstrung an OX” is symbolic of stopping someone from teaching His Words to the people. This is what many people are doing today. The Lord wants us to know what He means when He speaks His Words like: Blood, Bread, Flesh, Food, Fruit, Gather, Milk, Mountain, Oil, Seed, Stand, Table, Truth, Vine, Voice, Walk, Wash, Way, Wine, etc.

Genesis 49:5-6
5 “Simeon and Levi are brothers; Instruments of cruelty are in their dwelling place. 6 Let not my soul enter their council; Let not my honor be united to their assembly; For in their anger they slew a man, And in their self-will they hamstrung an ox.

True Wealth: Gold or God’s Words?

QUESTION: Which of these is more valuable?

A) All these gold bars, or

B) God’s Holy Words?

ANSWER: God’s Holy Words. WHY? Because they made the gold! 🙂

* God made all His creation (even all of us) with His spoken Word. (Genesis 1)

* Jesus is the “Word of God”. (Revelation 19:13)

* All things were made through Jesus… who is the Word of God. (See, John 1:1, John 1:14, Ephesians 3:9, etc.)

* We show Jesus we love Him when we we keep His Word. (John 14:23-24)

* His Words sanctify you (John 17:17-19) and make you clean in His eyes (John 15:3)

* His Words are the words of eternal life! (John 6:68 & John 5:24)

* His Words make you free (John 8:32), and give you liberty (James 1:25, 2nd Corinthians 3:17)

* If you have His Words, ask Him and it will be done for you (John 15:7)

* His Words protect you – Call on the Name of the Lord and be saved! (Joel 2:32)

* We are of God if we hear the His Words (John 8:43-47) and we are judged by whether or not we hear His Words (John 12:48). They’re not difficult to learn, just learn a few to start and Go! 🙂

How to Read Prophecy

The Lord tells us in Amos 3:7 that before He does anything here on Earth, He first reveals it to His prophets. The Bible is loaded with prophecy that has come true and even prophetic word that tells us what will happen in the future.

Amos 3:7
7 Surely the Lord God does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

Notice the 4 words in bold font: Gates, City, Sea, Babylon

In the Bible, these 4 words have both literal and spiritual (symbolic) meanings. You already know the literal meanings, and here are the symbolic meanings:

• “Gates” are symbolic of places of government, of teaching (schools) and of business. Also remember that in the Bible there are many references to the “Gates” of the City.
• “City” is symbolic of the “Way of the People”. Their Way of Life. A group of people living in like manner.
• “Sea” is symbolic of the people following the way of the world which follows their own way and NOT God’s way of Righteousness, Wisdom and Peace. They do whatever they want. Their way is the wide-path of destruction because they do not follow God.
• “Babylon” in this case is symbolic of the modern-day Babylon described in Revelation 18 which is the “NWO” which rules the world  (British Crown, USA, Inc., Vatican, FIAT money [FAKE – no gold or silver], Financial Systems based on FIAT money, almost all Newspapers, Media and News channels across the whole nation owned by just 6 Corporations, etc, etc, etc.).

In this prophetic word from God He says destruction is coming to the “Gates” of New York City because she is a “shining crown of the nation of Babylon”. Then He tells them to leave!

When I think of the way of New York City, I think of greed, love of money and wealth, materialism, corruption, pride, sin, etc. I think of the movie “Wall Street” with Michael Douglas playing the role of “Gordon Gekko” and Charlie Sheen as “Bud Fox“.

The Lord speaks in His Pure Language (which to us is parables and symbolism), so what He is probably saying to the people of New York City is that they need to leave their lifestyle of:

• Greed
• Materialism
• Corruption
• Pride
• Sin
• Etc.

Am I 100% positive that this prophetic word really came from God?

No

Am I 100% positive that destruction will come to the “Gates” and “City” of New York City which is the shining crown of the modern-day “Babylon”?

No, but I think that God does NOT approve of their way and I would not be surprised if it did happen because of what we are told in Revelation 18!

Revelation 18 (NKJV) – The Fall of Babylon the Great
18 After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! 3 For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”

The World Mourns Babylon’s Fall

9 “The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning, 10 standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’

Finality of Babylon’s Fall

No craftsman of any craft shall be found in you anymore, and the sound of a millstone shall not be heard in you anymore. 23 The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth.”
