God’s days start at Dusk and He divides each day into 4 parts: Evening (Dusk), Night, Morning, Day. Notice that the first 4 Spirits of God listed in Isaiah 11:2 correspond to these 4 parts of the day:
- Evening (Starts at Dusk) (1st Spirit – The Spirit of the Lord)
- Night (2nd Spirit – The Spirit of Wisdom)
- Morning (3rd Spirit – The Spirit of Understanding)
- Day (4th Spirit – The Spirit of Counsel)
Day = His Counsel Given, He Establishes Law, Jurisdiction (4th Spirit)
The Day is when the Lord makes known His Counsel.
He establishes Law and Jurisdiction.
