In the Bible, “Water” is symbolic of the Word of God. (Ephesians 5:25-27).
God’s Word is the living Water that cleanses our souls (and our Cities).
God made everything with His spoken Word, and the “Waters” is also the place where God stores His particles (atoms, etc.) with which He makes all of His Creation (see Genesis 1). This includes…
- the Earth,
- the people,
- animals,
- trees,
- plants,
- crops,
- and so on.
Plus, Water (or Waters) is also symbolic of the ways of our Lifestyles and therefore the Peoples and Nations and Multitudes and Tongues (see Revelation 17:15).

15 Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. [languages]
Get Clean by Washing in the Water of the Word (of God)
Just like we need to keep our bodies clean by washing with water, we need to keep our souls clean by “Washing” with the Word of God and filling up with Light therefore pushing out darkness (God’s Word gives Light Psalm 119:130). We are clean by the Word of God (John 15:3) and washed by the Water of the Word (Ephesians 5:25-27).
Washing with the Water of the Word of God is a Way of “Detoxifying” our Bodies and Souls.
We can also “Detox” our Cities and Nations by washing them with the Water of the Word of God and shining the Light the therefore pushing out darkness.
Get Cleansed with Water Baptism
The act of Water Baptism starts the process of cleaning someone and washing them by the Water of the Word of God. It’s like a “Re-Birth” (aka “Born Again Christian”) and is a work of the 1st Spirit of God (The Spirit of Lord – see Isaiah 11:2) which separates those of the Light from those of the darkness. Water Baptism is an act starting the process of bringing you into the Kingdom of God and true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit (Holy Spirit) and Truth (Knowing and doing the Ways of the Holy Words of God which have blessings and greater promises within them).
John 4:23
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”John 14:17
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.John 16:13
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.Psalm 119:160 (God’s Word is called “Truth”)
160 The entirety of Your word is truth,
And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.
Wash their Feet and Purify their Path
Jesus washed people’s feet. In fact, He is still washing people’s feet.
Why does He do that?
Because…
- Washing is an act of cleansing and purifying; and
- Feet is how you Walk / your Path.
So, washing feet a Way to purify and cleanse someone’s Walk / Path / Way Chosen. For example, when His Disciples were going to go through a struggle, Jesus would wash their feet first to keep them on the right Path. So when Jesus washes your feet, He is purifying your way chosen so that you walk on a path of Righteousness (and not Evil).
Give the People a “Cup of Cold Water”
The Lord tells us that if we give a cup of cold water to a child we will in no ways lose the reward.
Matthew 10:42
“And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward.”
Why give someone a cup of cold water?
Because…
- your “Cup” equals your “Chosen Walk” (the Walk that God gave you and gives you if you’re on a mission and have a Work to do) See Matthew 26:39 where Jesus wanted His “Cup” removed because He was going to the Cross. His “Cup” is His chosen walk which the Father gave Him which was to bear witness to and testify of the “Good News” (God’s Holy Words which contain blessings / promises) and show the Way of Sacrificing one’s life for others.
- “Cold” Water = “Correction” – Cold water represents “Correction” and separating Light and darkness. (e.g. Water Baptism, Wash their Feet, etc.) If you want to child to walk in a Path of Light and not darkness, you can Ask for God’s Spirit to pull them in the right direction. They cannot see the Words unless you ENABLE the Spirit of Truth to PULL on them so they come to the Knowledge of Truth. And then when they ASK for the Spirit of Truth to ENTER them it will be done. A cold cup of water will get the Spirit working on them.
The Water (the Word of God) is also the beginning of cleansing for receiving God’s knowledge.
In fact, Jesus Christ’s Blood was/is made of BOTH the Water AND Blood. (See 1 John 5: 6-8)

6 This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7 For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.
- Father;
- the Word (Jesus / Yeshua);
- the Holy Spirit (Blood. Life is in the Blood – God’s Spirit gives Life! Job 33:4, John 6:63, 2 Corinthians 3:6).
Jesus is Turning Water into Wine!
So, what does the Parable of Jesus turning Water into Wine mean?
Man’s Blood is of the Waters, but Jesus’ Blood is of God! This “miracle” is symbolic of Eternal Life and the Regeneration of Man through Jesus Christ who is the Word of God (Revelation 19:13)

Jesus is truly the Son of God born from the virgin Mary and God.
Jesus’ blood was of the “Waters” (of the World [Mary]) and the “Blood” (of God). See John 19:34, 1 John 5:6 >>>
